Will dairy products and meat really make you first interval come sooner?

I am 11 years old and my breasts enjoy been growing for two years. I enjoy been getting tacky discharge and pubic hair for 7 months months very soon. My breasts are starting to get tender and I tend not to be capable of focus. I have be anxiose and impatient latley too. I am getting slighlty uncomfortable cramps and PMS deeply. My mom started when she was 13, my oldest sister started when she be 12 and my other sister started when she was 15. My other sister be very athletic and I know that can sometimes put it rotten. I am not very athletic I resembling running but I don't do it for sports or for fun. I went to the doctor today and she took a preview of my discharge and said I was clearly fine but I might start my period soon. But some culture on womenanswers.org said that they have have discharge for two years and they stil haven't gotten their period or they go to the doctor too and she said the same item but it's been a year and I still haven't gotten my extent. Meat and dairy is one of the things anyone blamed for young girls reaching puberty younger than ever until that time. It's because of the hormones injected into the animals. An even bigger cause of early puberty though is portliness.

There's nothing you can do to bring it on sooner. Yes some relatives experience discharge for a couple years before they own their first period, it be almost 3 years for me.
Generally a girl gets her first time of year 2 years after her breasts start to grow.

It does sound similar to you body is ready. Did you mention to your doctor adjectives your other symptoms? I would think you would enjoy been sent for a blood tryout to rule out anything else that could be causing your troubles.

Don't worry - you nouns right on track for an 11-year-old girl. You'll probably get it when you're 12; I believe that's the average age (it be mine, too).

There's no way for you to rush even predict the kick-off of your first period, and I know that can be frustrating. Just dangle in nearby --- it'll pop up when you forget to even think of it.

well yeah, i personally blame nearer puberty on the disgusting hormones that are in all of our food. chill out just about your period, sweetie, it'll come and it's really not that unpromising.
