I DONT know how to use a tampon. trust me ive tried. My moms a nurse soo she have given me tips. But i just cant... I dont know what to do! I am soooooooo upset i am crying. Tampons really aren't hard to use.
I couldn't insert them until I be 12, and now within my late teens/early 20s ()=] i can insert tampons completely brilliantly.
The way you should do it..
Have a mirror bringing up the rear you (stand it on the toilet seat) or something. Bend down and look for your vaginal entrance (it might take a while). Look between your legs into the mirror trailing you to find it. You'll have to unseal your vagina -sorry to be crude- lips to find it.
