How do you quit taking estrogen?

I had a hysterectomy several years ago. I hold been on estrogen for rather a few years. Ive heard so much give or take a few it not being suitable for you. Do you just jump off or start taking something automatic? I was hoping I could go and get some weight sour if I quit.

You can't just stop taking estrogen. Especially if you've be taking supplements for several years. Although estrogen is a natural hormone, it's not one your body would consider unprocessed since you've had a hysterectomy. My suggestion would be to natter to your doctor about your concerns and the possibility of any weening yourself off the estrogen or replacing it near a supplement like soy.

I havn't masturbate ever contained by my life & don'tt consistency sexually aroused.Is there anything wrong beside me?Plz suggest

I was on estrogen (Which is made from pregnant mares urine, the horses are pregnant adjectives the time and stand 365 days a year are never let out of the stalls and treated awfully badly, because the pharmacital companies are making big bucks on this)
After I found out nearly this, I gradually took myself sour this, I have used black cohosh also out of control yam cream, soya products,
these products can be purchased at a health food store
