Birth control that doesn't exact depression?

I've had the Mirena IUD inserted for almost two months very soon, and I just realize last dark that the reason why I've lately be extremely depressed (and irritable as an understatement) was because of my IUD. I have depression for years in former times and somehow managed to overcome it, so I guess that make me more likely to go and get depression again from various hormones. If the IUD does this to me, would every hormonal form of birth control be a moment ago as likely? What do I do? I don't trust myself beside the pill and I don't trust condoms, they're how I got pregnant. Do I own a real route or do I have to of late experiment?

PMS Question?

Unfortunately you are just going to own to experiment because every woman is different. You can try Nuvaring. Its like the pill but its a vaginal ring you move in for 3 weeks and bring it out for one and I read that it contains a low Constant dose of hormones (which I really liked) and I used it for 2 months (stopped because we are TTC) and I had no problems next to it. And I didnt feel it and my husband only just did either. And you can keep hold of in surrounded by during sex or take it out but net sure you put it back surrounded by because you are only protected for up to 3 hours lacking it in. But I would jump back to the doctor and relay him this isnt working out and see what other options you enjoy.
