It doesn't risk your ability to conceive within the future. It's not three months of work, and it's not a tight surgery. Oh, and it's not just one egg, it's roughly 18 or so, whatever you produce during one cycle. Before you do this, you should get hold of more information. I would push for against giving away your eggs, the cons outweigh the pros, besides wouldnt you want some monetary gain for doing that? youre essentially giving away a child.
