What chunk of the foot can I rub to make my girlfriend more contained by the mood?

the bleeding and cramping is normal, but not if you observe any large chunks..
some folks actually bleed for up to 6 months... it vary from person to character, but usually theres heavier bleeding at first and it gradually slows down to slight spotting next to time.

if you notice you're completely soaking up one wad per hour, you need to contact your GYN because that's unexpected and could be too much bleeding.

it could also depend on which IUD you got. There's the Mirena (last for 5 years) and the Paraguard (last 10 years)
the mirena have hormones, where as the paraguard doesn't. most relations find that there is smaller number bleeding with the 5year mirena.
so, save in mind that it can filch a while for your periods to return to common..after all, theres a foreign body within your uterus.

Whene having a tot an you have a stillborn how long do they hold on to you in the hospital?

Yeah, pretty much. It make the uterine lining slough faster. You entail extra absorbent tampons and some assassin pads beside wings. You might hold likker cramps too, so take advil and tylenol and try to rest . Do not forget an iron suppliment! If you are panicky go to urgent thoroughness!

My boyfriend raped me later night im within pain and be bleeding help!?

It be normal for me,but if you hold reservations don't hesitate to speak near your doctor.
Not only is your cervix undo because you are menstruating, but you have have a medical procedure done there. If the bleeding continues to be as hefty in in the region of 3 days I would schedule an appointment to see your doctor. Make sure you are taking pious care of your your body during the "healing" process.
