Answers:    That just sounds like PMS to me. PMS (pre-menstrual symptoms) usually could include nausea, discharge, stomach ache, pain in the legs or sometime even the upper body, headache, and much more. So it seems to me since this has happen just before your spell, it is most likely PMS. If it seems to grasp worse, or you want an official person to recount you what's going on, then I suggest calling your local doctor or pediatrician. .
I'm not sure but before and during my time of year I almost always have diarrhea... it happen to a lot of women. The hormones mess with your system and can engender you queezy. I would try the BRAT diet for a few days then if its not better id travel to the doctor.
<<<<BRAT= Bananas, Rice, Apple sauce, and Toast>>>>.

It sounds like it's serious satisfactory to get to be a real annoyance (imagine have to miss two days of school every month. I know that probably sounds pretty good, but you would miss a nouns of work that you would have to make up), not to mention that it could be somewhat serious.
