How do i bring breast tissue?

lets face it - i'm flat. i'm 32a and i HATE it.
i'm just 14 however, but i'm getting impatient in waiting for something that probably not going to come..
is there any approach to actually gain breast tissue short putting on excessive weight.. and only gain a cup size?

there's nought you can do. Just wait. You virtually hold 10 more years of growing. There's a pretty good haphazard you could gain a cup size or two within that time.
As a side details, feel chirpy your a little flat. I have want you now want, plus more, when I be your age and it made my life a living hell. I go through the worst sexual harassment roughly speaking them, plus they made me look big, as in corpulent, no matter how skinny I be, plus they cause my vertebrae and neck so much niggle.

Do people really shave..?

I don't chew over you can gain breast tissue. You can do push ups or various chest exercises to perk up your chest muscles but that's something like it. You are so young and your body have alot of growing to do still so just impart it time. You could go buy some pad bras to maybe serve you feel more protected but trust me the day will come when you will own larger breast and it won't be everything you thought it would be.

I'm 23 and a 34B. You'll win used to. Besides you're young, it will take place. Although I have hear that if you can strengthen your chest muscles (not your breasts) that it will make your boobs look bigger.

Be Patient they will grow,and when you find to my age you will be asking how to get rid of huge boobs that are polite for nothing.

I know this isn't the answer you want, but just skulk. I, too, was remarkably flat...and way former your age. I used to be 32 almost A. When I was 21 or 22 is when I started to bring a little something more. It wasn't until I started to enjoy babies (I became pregnant near our first child when I was 25) that I REALLY started to grow a chest. My grandma said duplicate was true for her, too. I am in a minute 32 years old and wear a 36C! What a difference! And adjectives I had to do be wait and consent to nature transport its course. Please be patient. They will be here until that time you know it. :)
