Exercising at hours of darkness?

I have problems exercising during the afternoon and never have plenty energy. However, I do hold energy at darkness (and no trouble sleeping) and so I excercise then. It's usually roughly 10-11pm when I start to work out. I work with little paw weights and do a lot of pilates stuff. It doesn't really effect me, but I be just wondering if it's nourishing to exercise at night. I'm exercising to tone up, not to lose a complete bunch of weight. Can I still return with the same amount of muscle within different times of the day?

If you are awake at dark, go for it. Do you devour anything after you excercise though? Night is better for loosing a couple of pounds because you have eat already that day. I don't deliberate that it matters that much if you are trying to tone up.
