im going swimming sooon and this is my first time next to a tampon

the tampon needs to budge all the channel in. if you agree to a tiny bit stick out, it hurts!! just agree to the string stick out. when you put the entire tampon in, you can't even notice it's within. if you leave a bit sticking out, you'll feel the twinge.
