i have the worst cramps ever that i cant even cogitate what can i do to make them travel away? and what should i not do that will make them worse?

When I have really discouraging cramps I take midol and later i put a heating wipe on my stomach and that usually makes them be aware of better. Drink a lot of dampen and stay away from caffeine, that usually makes them worse.

go to your doc and get a scrawl of anaprox (if you can take NSAIDS). It's a muscle relaxer and it worked great for me. Also heat pads are a great non-pharmacological alternative.
