Constantly worried something like pregnancy?

Hi there -- lately I've be really worried about pregnancy, even though I've be on the pill for almost 2 years and have used condoms for yesteryear few months.

My period started Tuesday, June 19th. It stopped around Friday but I get some brown discharge the morning of Monday, June 25th. I assume this was the completion of my period? Even though it started after I started my involved pills? Is there any mode it could be implantation bleeding?

I took two pregnancy tests yesterday and they be negative.

I can't be pregnant, can I? I give the impression of being to have a backache but it's probably other reason..
