this sounds strange but it comes and goes intensely quickly when it comes its similar to having a urinary track infection twinge it doesnt hurt when i pee it comes and goes whenever but its a sharp cramp. the doctor thinks its bladder spasms but i dont enjoy any abdominal pain next to this can anyone help?

Maybe its a urinary tract infection? You sounded right when you said it. The UTI can be localized in different parts of your tract cause variation in sxs. Go to a doc and they will hook you up.

it sounds to me like you own a UTI...not all UTI's are impossible to tell apart. and you may have different symptoms for respectively one.
usually when i have a UTI i hold severe pain contained by my urethra but the last one i have my urine was outstandingly cloudy with no misery. so i called my doc and he said that i could manifestly have UTI...after the next one i have no pain, no cloudyness but it smelled vastly badly...
