If your cramps are NOT prolonged and unbearable I would try taking an aspirin (if you aren't allergic) one a day starting 3 days until that time your period and use a heat pad/take a soak in a hot hip bath, or even try yoga. I also had evening primrose grease on my list of remedies to try, but I haven't on the other hand. It does seem close at hand and affordable though so I suppose it is worth a try.

I other had bleak cramps. I tried a lot of different things and zilch really worked. Doctors even put me on several pain killer and muscle relaxers. The best I could ever get be taking aspirin before my spell and curling up with a heat pad on giant until I feel asleep. I spent 10 years trying to find something to back me. I would recommend finding help early than I did because cramps can make you miss out of abundantly of things. I missed a lot of high-ranking school and college because I literally could not will my house I was hurting so desperate.
If you are having unbearable cramps. I recommend seeing a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Just to talk and report to them that you seriously have cramps. Sometimes those, even doctors, don't understand how impossible they can be and you need to explain how they are effecting your duration. I went through three doctors in the past I finally saw a Gynecologist and they told me I had premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Now, I am surrounded by no way proverb that you have this, I am newly letting you know that there are other cause of menstrual cramps besides just the usual term. Other causes include endometriosis, fibroid tumors, pelvic adhesion, and ovarian cysts. I know it's scary, but knowing is such a nouns and you will be so much happier not having that burden every month.

sit ups during. and working out a few days b4 ur spell starts. Trust me I just started getting cramps at 30. I works. Keep ur body moving so the pool liner passes faster. Lying down and keeping still simply prolonges the cramping. Just like rough gas ever1 tenses up and holds there breath and that's the worst article 2 do.

A heat pad explicitly used for aromatherapy. It works wonders. Also, drinking tea with a small amount of lemon is another perfect home remedy. If all else fail, you're gonna have to probably consult your doctor.Try a hot tub or a heating wad on your tummy! Drink hot tea or coco! The more you warm it up the better you will quality! Also exercise is great for cramps! Try riding your bike or takin' a walk or run! Keep the blood flowing literally! And Midol or pamprin doesn't hurt if its really discouraging! Feel better!
heating wipe,a jump within the jacuzzi. Anything warm. Try Exercising, it will run down the cramps. My husband used to put his warm hand on my abdomen or lower spinal column and it used to feel so worthy! Take some Tylenol or pain contract killer and put something warm on the cramped nouns.

Some yoga positions will help stretch the lower tummy where it hurts. That help me some. Also, eat a banana or two. The potassium will serve ease the cramping :)

HEATING PAD ALL THE WAY!! along with ibeuprofin or however you spell it. i use a corn daypack. you can fill a sock beside rice and heat it. it works indistinguishable. heat really take my cramps awaybananas help
