Extremely throbbing yeast infection?

i need some serve! i have an unbelievably HORRIBLE yeast infection. atleast thats what the doc said it be. i cant pee it hurts so much. i'm swollen, red and angry. i've even got a sore! plus to top it adjectives off i'm bleed too. i'm not sure if its my length or because this infection is so bad. so i cant stir underwearless. wearing pads irriates my vagina more! the doctor give me some cream and i've used it the last couple night and it doesnt seem to be helping at adjectives! she said i can put it on the outside to help soothe... BULLSH*T nothings helping! and i'm becoming feeling thirst because i'm dreading pissing so i'm trying to do drink much.. i'm loosing it!! HELP ME!
