Like um full and meaty. There are women who own their labias pierced and then dangle weights from them or use clamps to hang the weights to stretch their labias and create them longer and appear outside the outer Labia.
Once they're stretched they do not go posterior as they were, but stay stretched. I notice one picture on the web where on earth the labia was partly way to her, her knees. I kid you not.
