Any suggestion on tampons?
i wanna start using them because i am so sick of wearing pads. but im panicky to insert it.

I was upset too, don't worry. Once you look at them and read the instructions, it doesn't look so startling. Plastic applicators are the easiest and great for begginers. If you're going to use tampons for sport, then buy tampons made for sport goings-on. I recommend playtex sport while if you're using them for everyday activities, I suggest tampax pearl. But specifically just me. There is also the TSS(toxic shock syndrome) risk but you don't hold to worry something like that if you choose the lowest protection for your flow and don't leave your tampon on longer that 8 hours. If tampons aren't inserted right, they might slip or dribble so if the tampon feels abnormal, you should take it out and acquire a new one. Tampons are painless and you cannot discern them, but you have to remember to transform your tampons because even though they have soak defence and you can't discern them, they can fill up in a hurry. Remember to tuck the string in, because that could lead to totally embarrassing moments, trust me. So you won't enjoy any problems down there, i suggest you bear turns switching from tampons to pads. If you are a virigin, tampons will not break you hymen. The best piece is tampons are less messier and easier to pass around and clean up after. Plus, you can shift in river! GOOD LUCK!

there are instructions inside of the box. trust me if you do it right you will never want to stir back to pad again. They're cleaner, they're more comfortable, they're easier... The only time I ever wear pad is at night. Make sure you enjoy your size.. and it may take a few tries but it's worth it.

Just brand sure you relax, and you will be fine. Wearing a tampon is soooo much eisier than a pad (A LOT smaller amount mess!) Maybe you should talk to your mom, or someone who know what they are doing.

I was alike way when I first get my period. I would totally use tampons because they are much cleaner and easier to promise with once you find the hang of it. I would buy a box of tampons to practice next to. There is a diagram that comes inside of each box. They contribute you suggestions on how to insert them and what feels the most comfortable for you. You might not be capable of do it the first time, but once you get the suspend of it life is so much more simple.
