you dont HAVE to wear a tampon , though its recommended that you wear something.
When you get surrounded by the pool, the cold water will stop the flow of your blood, simply like cold wet stops any type of blood. Before you get contained by , wear a pad within your bikini bottoms. (in order for not a soul to tell you are wearing one, breed sure its not one with wing that go around the bottoms.) At one point while you are swimming, you can hold off the wad and get right pay for in.
I do that adjectives the time, lol. And nobody knows , it doesnt perceive weird, and you can still hold fun in the pool.

Ask your mother.dont worry! tampons dont hurt at adjectives u just hold 2 relax! buy the more slinder tampon possible to start! they are the most easy to insert!! i would recomend tampax pearl lites! u can bring them at walmart or CVS pharmacy in the full box! within are instructions in the box, with a diagram its simple!! enjoy fun swimming :)!

How immature are you, tampon use may not be easy if you are still a virgin. And listen a short time ago because your mother struggled to use them doesn't mean that you will any, you need to try it for yourself. My mothers distrustful attitude towards tampon use prevented me attempting to use them for years. I have never have troubles.While your body is submerged in hose you will not bleed, protect yourself until you enter the water, as as soon as you've hoped out. Enjoy
