Ever since I've been on birth control (yasmin), my heart rate have been better when I work out, and I get insubstantial headed sometimes. I gain some weight just now but I wasn't sure if it was because I ate more, or the pills. I stopped taking it for a few months to see and I gained mass then lost some. Just curious if anyone gained/lost counterbalance on their birth control.

If your heart rate is up due to the pillthan birthcontrol pills are NOT for you. some side effects are stoke and or heart attack. please stop and find a differnt form. I personaly be on depo and it had a horable effect on my body i ained 45lbs in one year and thats after i together a gym and the dr said it was from the depo. also i be moody and couldnt have a toddler for almost 3 years. but i know people who love depo. I use a diaphram in a minute and it works great.
