Dear TeenHealthFX,

I'm really worried to shave my legs, underarms and bikini area. I want to, but I simply don't want to have any disagreeable red bumps. Any suggestions.

Dear How To's - Shaving & Bumps,

Many people shave their legs, underarms and bikini nouns. This routine usually begins surrounded by your teens, so this is a great question. Although this is completely cultural and not medically requisite, many youthful women see this as yet another pathway into growing up. FX can understand why you would be unconfident. Those little red bumps (ingrown hairs or infected down follicle) can be quite annoying and some may be for a while painful. Worse all the same, is a cut from a razor. For these reason, here are some basic guidelines:

Shave at a time when you are comfortable and not rushed.
Choose to shave in a location to be exact most comfortable for you. It can be done in a range of ways like surrounded by the shower or while taking a bath. Do what works best for you and what you are most comfortable near.
Use a safety, disposable cut-throat - never share a razor next to a friend or family associate.
Make sure that the area you are shaving is raining.
Apply a hypoallergenic shaving cream or lotion. Do not use body wash, which have perfume and can be an irritant.
Shave legs in a slow upward motion. Some women solely shave the bottom of their legs (from the knee down), others do the complete leg. Be careful around the knees and the shins because they are well cut
Shave underarms with your arm up within a slow downward motion.
Shave your bikini area one side at a time surrounded by a slow upward motion. Always wear cotton underwear, as this is less plausible to irritate your vaginal area.
After you are done, apply a moisturizer to the nouns you have shaved (again, gross sure it is not perfumed). This may help to prevent dry skin and possible ingrown hair.
As a note, shave lone areas that have tresses growth that you want to remove. Do not shave eyebrows or your mustache (for women). Do not pluck or pick at unwanted hair as this can inflict infected hair follicles.

Other methods of removing unwanted curls include waxing, electrolysis and depilatories. Bleaching is another alternative i.e. used mainly around the upper lip nouns of women. These methods work best if done by a professional but can be expensive, time-consuming and uncomfortable.

In calculation, to following these instructions, talk to your mom or a feminine relative. They can give you other adjectives tips in shaving and may even know how to demonstrate it to you. As always, if your skin is becoming irritated due to shaving or if you are having any condition problem, stop shaving and see a doctor.

What happened?!?!?

Unsightly red shaving bumps repeatedly occur within the bikini area. This happen because there are lots of grease glands there that are attached to resolve endings, which are effortlessly irritated. To avoid shaving bumps, try dissolving two aspirins (aspirin acts as an anti-inflammatory) and a drop of glycerin in 1/4 of a cup of distilled sea in a small, verbs bottle; apply the mixture after removing hair. Using an antiseptic cream to at ease the skin after shaving can also be helpful.

What happen, biologically speaking, to a woman when she orgasms?

It depends on which direction that you are shaving. Always shave in the direction of the down growth, not against it. Do not use a dull razor !!Make sure the nouns is moist or soapy enough up to that time shaving. And, do not use the inexpensive razors for the pubic nouns. It's ok to use the less expensive razor for the legs and underarms. Again, even still, always shave within the direction of the hair growth not against it. However, even next to these tips,a person can still be prone to developing red bumps, ingrown hair etc. It depends on how thick the spine is. I hope this helps!!
