Is it possible to have a yeast infection without any symptoms?

I haven't have any symptoms or problems, but I go to the gyno for a routine check up and they told me my interview results come fund positive for a yeast infection. When I be at the doc's she did read aloud my cervix be sensitive and near may own be an infection... so it make sense. I merely find it strange that I enjoy have no symptoms. Is this majority?

If your doctor give you meds to treat the infection conspicuously follow the course of treatment. If you're not suffering, why NOT prevent the possibility?
