I have heart palpitations and after extensive conducting tests (ekg, holter monitor etc) I was diagnosed beside anxiety and told to RELAX. I was thinking of going sour of the pill thinking it would help my mood. Do I requirement to consult my doctor before doing so? What are some side effects to stopping it?
