Yes they can IF you get the exhaustion done before your body is done growing, or if you gain closely of weight, or if you take pregnant.

Believe it or not, I know a woman who experienced exactly that.Usually if you put on execessive amounts of freight, eg: 15 + kilograms, which is not recommended, and sometimes during pregnancy they can grow again but I own been told that they usually dance back to the reduced size after the birth and after feed.
