i run through the same point with my interval. best thing to do is apply a heat pad if you dont hold one with you, only just dip a towel in hot dampen and apply it to your stomach. try to do this while resting, it'll help a great deal. as for going to the bathroom, the only item you can do to prevent that is taking some pills. try asking your doctor going on for some prescription pills especially made for that- my doctor prescribed Naproxen for me. if you take it the two days until that time your period or as soon as you interest signs of your period, it'll prevent the twinge as well as the bowel movements. you could prob even find some naproxen over the counter from any drug store. hope this help
