What are you chitchat about? PMS is depression, bi-polar, anxiety attack and merely plain or *itchyness roled into one.

No, I'm just kid. Okay, not really. Thus, yes, women do get depressed as a constituent of their PMS symptoms. It varies from woman to woman. Some women own a more severe form of PMS which has be termed PMDD, premenstural dysmorphic disorder.

Frankly, I find that if I concord with the everyday stresses of go as they come during the month and not get unresponsive about things that bother me but face them right away, I don't get PMS (or it is unbelievably mild). When I don't deal near things, I do get it (and it is intensely bad).

Medically it is all hormones particularly the set off of estrogen and progesterone. I wish I could dispense you great books to read...but the only one I can focus of off the top is one call Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom by Christine Northrup, MD. I remember it because out of all the things I've read up on PMS, I thought it offered the best suggestion.

This book can appeal to any and every woman, but be warned that it isn't your typical, conventional book of straight symptom and tablets to treat it, and that's why I loved it. It takes into side the whole of living from heartfelt to spiritual to mental to physical.
