I am a crazy person a week since my period. I will cry for no judgment, start fights beside my b/f?

I know it's PMS, but it's like a adjectives other level. I will suggest my b/f means something malevolent when I know it's just a commonplace statement, I will cry at TV commercials and I feel tremendously anxious like I lately want to scream, it's sometimes even difficult to function at work. It with the sole purpose happens something like a week before my spell. Is it just PMS or am I going crazy?
Does anyone know anything in the order of PMDD?

It could be PMDD. I have it too. I would suggest you speak to your doctor/obgyn and recount them about it. THere are medication for this. There is also counseling. Learning to understand your mood swings as a moment ago that, mood swings, and learn coping technique. You know he didn't mean that later comment in a unpromising way, bring a deep breath and rationalize that to yourself and try not to put to death him. Avoid those kodak moments on TV. Try deep breathing and relaxation technique. You may want to increase your exercize that week, it helps. MY god i own this problem too...but then again i am other crying at commericals, but its WORst around my period...i capture mad and after sad and 1% of the time relieved. Your not alone:) guess we need some principal self control lol.

hunny i am one and the same exact way!! and i am so be going to to him. but he knows its PMS. i try and control it but i cry over anything i see.. i bring frustrated and scream and shriek at my BF for no reason. even when i try and be nice it a moment ago still happens. i fel ur cramp ma and we just hold to deal near it and hopefully he understands

It is in recent times PMT. there are several things you can try to inprove it.

Vit b6 tablets - steal a course for 3 months and see if it inproves PMT. It helped me.

Eating a cracker or banana every hour or two to prolong blood sugar levels. Apparently this help tp prevent hormones peaking as powerfully.

Try evening primrose capsules.
