Im not sure - Im also B cup and Love it. My breasts are soo good looking. I would never redeploy them. No back twinge from being too big, never enjoy trouble finding blouses, bra's (and nice ones) or sweaters, don't have sweaty breasts, wont droop when Im older, and will never be veiny.... if you are fully grown the only process to add breast tissue is to gain bulk...you can do excercises that work your chest muscles and that will make your breasts more perky and possibly fuller, but you arent going to procure any bigger
