I don't really know what is wrong but I'm always tired and my foot had blisters and very soon they wont heal

Without more info. it is hard to relay you what is wrong. You should definately get checked out by your doctor if these blisters enjoy been a problem for more than a couple of weeks. There are several things that can bring non healing wounds. diabetes , venous or arterial insufficiency. Please do yourself a favor and walk to the doctor.
The symptoms are very unfocused, but I would urge you to see a doctor about that. There are too several illnesses out there that could rationale those symptoms.
