I had a copper coil fitted approximately 4 years ago. Last week, I have it removed. I found my periods be extremely painful and cumbersome - I bled heavily for 10 days. The problem is, three days later, I be ovulating again so I felt I have pretty much a constant period adjectives month long! I also had IBS which I enjoy never had contained by my life!. It honestly feel like I have tummy pains of one sort or another constantly. I decided to own it removed - funny enough, stomach stomach-ache went and no IBS! Early days on the other hand but all biddable so far. I may go on the mini pill.
There is no definitive answer here really - faultless things suit different people. I hold friends with the hormone coil and copper coil who love it!. The best approach is to give yourself at most minuscule six months with the copper coil specifically long enough to consent to things settle down. Remember, if you don't get on next to it you can always hold it removed - almost painless!
Help! Very curious little sister!?
This is only division of the whole page:Are in attendance any side-effects?
Very definitely – and you must be aware of these back you decide to enjoy an IUD.
These devices generally:
craft your periods heavier
be paid them longer
may make them more bleeding.
Furthermore, because of the increase in menstrual flow, it’s possible that you might become anaemic (‘weak-blooded’).
So the IUD is not usually the best choice of contraception for a woman who already has lashing or prolonged periods. She might okay do better with another method, such as the Pill or the IUS.

I'm losing sexual sense.any idea why?
Heavier and longer period and cramps are a common side effect, but nearby's no way to know whether that will ensue to you.To try to prevent heavy bleeding, start taking ibuprofen at the maximum dosage a daytime or even two days before your length is due to arrive. This works better than waiting until you are already bleeding and cramping.
How do you determine whether you have a strapping flow or a light one?
