I hold not started my period within months what should i do?

hi my name is jennifer and im 19 teen year mature female and i be having problem near my period, my cycle is miss up and i dont know what to do! i call for help, yes i am not a virgin and iam not peregnant , iam not stress in good health maybe for a time some time but i know that not it. I been have this problem for a while now, i would not own my period for days and months. One month i be on my period for 20 days . This month i did not own my period. Can some body plz serve me! i would go see a Doctor but i hold no insurance.So what should i do.
