Should I lift rotten my bra at dark?

i wear a bra ALL the time. this is to prevent sagging contained by my view. tho if nearby is a medical concern by wearing it at night please recount me/us lol It's good minus wearing your bras. Best not to wear anything.
Whatever makes you consistency better. It doesn't really make a difference. I in fact prefer it on because if I don't it's uncomfortable. But sometimes I shift without it. It of late wears out your bras faster though. Whichever one you prefer. There's lots of supersticions and aged stories about adjectives these weird things resembling you can get breast cancer from wearing your bra at dark or your breasts will sag when you're elder, but honestly, none of it is true.
It's been said that wearing a bra at dark, or too tight a bra can cause breast cancer. i took them rotten.. and change to plain tubetops, cami tank, etc at night.. lacking bra inside.. it's much comfy.. =P
It is supposed to be healthy for you (: while you sleep its better you bring your undergarments off. I read around a research that says wearing tight bras to sleep for a prolonged interval increases the risk of getting breast cancer. so why risk it? sleep in the nude if you can
if you want your boobs to grow bigger steal it off at hours of darkness it helps to hold healthier boobs to if you want your boobs to stay that size sleep beside it

it doesnt concern! there are no condition risks either passageway. (i prefer not to) I think it depends on your breast size. I own people next to larger breasts tell me it is more comfortable to wear one adjectives the time.

there is no call for to wear a bra. it is more comfortable without. contrary to what some empire say, wearing a bra won't stop your boobs from flabby. if they are big enough that this is a problem for you, it will probably appear anyway.
