Ive be that size and didn't eat anything...why don't relations just stop trying to be something they arent.

If people ate generally and had a thriving lifestyle there would be no 'mature' size zero. It's freshly ridiculous that this is the only point that girls have to aspire to.Imagine man a bloke and taking a size 0 to a swanky restaurant? What a waste of time. I love food, I am a respectable size 8 but I am only 5ft towering! I love curries but I eat a 'typical' diet and I'm not faddy about food. I've get better things to worry nearly.

I'm not quite a size 0, but I do find sometimes that size 8 clothes don't fit me. I'm a thriving 21yr old feminine, 5"6"" in distance from the ground, so I'm quite petite. I'm slim, but I'm particularly not "skinny", just wishy-washy in correct proportion to my size.I chew over, for taller people, size 0 can look excessively skinny, and reasonably frankly it can look ugly to me. i mull over that unless u are naturally a size not anything, no one should aspire to be that meagre... a body that small is more appropriate to a 12 year old girl that hasn't gone through puberty... the rage industry really does need a damned devout shake up for making stick-thin so fashionable. they've already disallowed under 16's from going on the catwalk, and they've also be warned to grasp the industry in order, if not i suspect that there will be law made to ban size zero from the catwalk. and before anyone give me a thumbs down for saying that - i thieve my information from the BBC news... 2 days ago it be reported that the fashion industry have been told to set a better example to women.. this comes after the passing of 2 young models - who become anorexic from trying to get down to a size nil. as i said, i realise that some women are naturally that transparent - and i don't have an issue near that... what's worrying me is that a lot of youthful girls feel pressurised into becoming that slender, when naturally they are not.

Stop dieting, Eat ably and a variety of foods(not fried), Exercise regularly, and youd be amazed at what that would do to your physical body, but mental too. You wont be a size 0-4, but you wont be dissappointed almost what you got working for you any.

I'm a size 0/2, but that's a moment ago because i'm 14. I think it's fine to be a size 0 if ur petite and forceful, becuase my friend's mom's a size 0, she's really petite. It all depends on your body and how small it can be as long as your healthy. There are easily skinny women who are size 0, but still look ok. I totally agree beside you have also be that size and again i was not ingestion when i became that size. Did you know that a size not anything is actually impossible to tell apart as a size 8. The reason this is because size nought is only really over surrounded by America and America is two sizes below us E.G If you live in England and you are a size 16 surrounded by America you would only be a size 12 because America is more concerned give or take a few there size (they are adjectives over weight over within that's why). Like if you live in America and you are a size nothing then come and live surrounded by England you would be a size 8. I still think it is vastly disgusting and the government jump on about so oodles teenagers becoming ill next to not eating etc afterwards they show people becoming size zilch on the telly.
