Can a gyno exam do a late term?

I went to the gyno ending Thursday, and they told me I probably have a cyst on my ovary. My time of year was supposed to start on Saturday, but hasn't but. Could it be late because of the exam or possibly the cyst?

Concern over the cyst could end in your lateness. Any stress regardless of pysical or mental is the leading inflict of lateness from my limited experience.
