Exercise = Missed Period?

I didn't get my interval this month (it has be 5-6 weeks since I got my finishing period). I'm 15 years old (and I own never had sex before), so I'm not pregnant. But I enjoy started a new exercise routine for the closing 2 months, and I'm aware that too much exercise can stop your periods. But I don't do profoundly of exercise--- just 30mins day after day (cardio or running or aerobics...depends on the day). I'm not heavy or too pallid weight, and I hold been have my period for 3 years (pretty regularly).and this is the first time I missed it. Should I cut down on my exercise routine? I really want to stay in shape till arts school starts (in like 8 weeks), so please recommend.

Weird question but only curious?

Yes i really think u should stop exercise for a week or two n see wat happen if they still dont come then specifically go see ur doctor, because not have periods also make u gain weight.
GOOD LUCK.....

Abnormal period, very hulking blood clots, bloating, any similar experiences?

The excersise could be doing this, but if you are not pregnant, i dont think it really matter how late your period are. Another thing that could also be doing this to you, is if you are stressed. This could also obstruction it. But since there is no unpredictability of pregnancy, it doesnt really matter.

What exactly is a miscarriage?

I'm 15 years outdated also. I have/had the same problem as you.
I am on the highschool soccer squad and whenever it comes to pre-season practice I dont get my term the following month. (The funny thing it happen the same time every year)

Its true exercise (and stress) mete out it to be late, or missed. Don't freak out, your still childlike, trust me, be happy you don't enjoy your period at the moment, its to bleeding and annoying!

Hope I helped =]

Girls with the sole purpose please?

I agreed with you that your exercise program is not excessive, so it shouldn't be the factor cause you to miss period.

The missed time of year could be due to other factors close to:

-stress (school work, exams, holidays, presentations)

-anxiety

-a change surrounded by eating obsession (especially if go thru excessive dieting)

-tremendous weightiness loss/weight gain

Some oral contraceptives can cause missed extent too.

Sometimes, in the unreality of pregnancy, you still may occasionally miss periods. This is comparatively normal.

However, if you consecutively missed your period, go hold a medical check-up.
