Really Bad Promblem Please Help me?

please dont call me dirty or discusting this is a definite serious problem for me :'(
ok so every since i started my period wen i be 13 i have have red, sour and some puss filled spots on my bottom and some around my vagina :'( the spots catch worse as i come on my period but go and get small when im off my term, i read a similar question on here and some one said loafer you bottom, so thats wat ive be doin for about 2 weeks and i enjoy seen a slight improvment, but i am still disappeared with some spots and some red scare :'( this is a really bad problem for me because i no im never ever gonna b competent to have a boyfriends in a minute cos he will find me really discusting and unattractive :'( i capture upset about it alot but i cant uncovered to go to the doctor! Can any suggest anything i can do, cream or lotion for scar and spots, will they ever go away please relieve me and thank you for taking the time to read my question, please serve im 16 now and enjoy had it for 3 years :'(
