I enjoy just have to be really aware of myself. when something upsets me, i try not to react right away. i straight up share people, look I'm upset, I'm not sure if I'm fit in person upset because my emotions are adjectives crazy so let me deliberate about why I'm upset for a few days okay. afterwards i get posterior with them. yeah I'm really upset because you did this etc. or I'm sorry for getting angry my emotion are all crazy right presently thanks for individual patient. I'm not sure how hoary you are but this might not work if your a teenager. But pass it a try, letting people surrounded by on your life can other help them to think through when you act irrational and gross them more likely to forgive you when your are person crazy.

Dont worry i be nearly 16 when i started my period and started to grow hackle. Iwas a bit worried at first but now i know that women turn through this at different times and at different paces.
