Rather late extent: potential pregnancy null?

The situation is, I:

Have been have sex.
Had my last spell end on the 18th of May.
Had some spotting around June 1st [normal attachment]
Have taken two ClearBlue Digital EPT, near "Not Pregnant" results.
Have really sore breasts and mild cramping.

And yet after adjectives of this I still haven't had my length. My boyfriend is worried, and I am a bit to, not about pregnancy but going on for if it could be anything else wrong with me.
