i hate wearing them except when i want to look sexy for a date..but my breasts are not saggy and they are firm and nice 34B
and another entry i sleep on my left side and well on my gone breast lol!! i dont know why thats the only way i can acquire any sleep..i think this has resulted contained by making my left boob bit bigger than the other..
do you guys think not wearing a bra and sleeping on one is fruitless? how bad? thanks

It's okay and it won't clear you saggy.However - if your bras are uncomfy they might be the wrong size, so be sure you have been properly measured. There are lots of sites online that show you how to gauge yourself so you don't need to go to a store, but be sure that the strap is straight against your rear, and that the cup sides contain the whole breast. I was really uncomfy within mine until I went down a back size and up 2 cup sizes.

I wouldn't wear a bra either, if I had small boobs. Bras are torture devices!Most women own one boob which is slightly bigger than the other. I don't think sleeping on it is going to affect its size one way or the other.

Not wearing one will kind your breasts sag.Wearing one at night is a personal nouns. Just make sure it is comfortable and loose.
