HELP next to gastrointestinal problems?

I am a 37 year old womanly and have have for as long as I can remember had gastrointestinal problems. I enjoy lost 20 lbs over the last year and thought that my problem be getting better but it hasn't. It get worse at times but never completely goes away. I own terrible "intestinal" gas that won't move. It cause extremely painful cramps but it won't come out. (embarassing to gossip about but it's true) I enjoy to push with my fist as tricky as I can into my abdominal area or lay on a strong surface on my stomach to get it to move, which isn't other practical and convenient. And sometimes it doesn't work either. I may enjoy this abdominal pain for hours. I also burp comparatively frequently which is also embarassing. I have be told that I have irritable bowel syndrome and own taken medicine for that but zilch ever helps. I also walk 3, 4 sometimes 5 or 6 days without have a BM but when I do have to turn, I have to move about. Is this really irritable bowel syndrome or could I have something else wrong.

Irritable bowel syndrome cause all of these problems, but if it is not an iota better then you really should travel back to the Dr.
Medications move frequently and they could try something different, and as with any other conditions one medication may not be the right one, it may cart a couple of tries before you find the medication that works for you.
Hope this help.
