okay i need to lose some shipment and i need some oblige i need recipe and exercise plans......i dont know how to do this..and i am OVER WEIGHT...and i need some home thinking on how to excersice and the right proportions of foods for me to eat

OK, your protein portions should be almost the size of deck of cards, your carb portions about the size of your fist and as masses veggies as you want. Let yourself have a treat once a week or you will move about nuts! Drink a glass of hose down before respectively meal, both to stay hydrated and to support you feel full. Sodium really contributes to weight gain because it holds marine in. Try not to drink soda. Eat a desk light breakfast every day. It wake your metabolism up. That's about it. One item i do to watch my counterweight is keep up my exercise horizontal. start out slow, just jog or bike riding for 30 minutes a day. later, get a short time more intense as you feel comfortable. Also, try and see what you eat. A lot of it have to do with your parents. capture up the courage to go up to them and read out, i would like you to aid me to clear the unhealthy stuff from your diets. try to stick to home cooked meal not processed stuff. If you must, try lean cuisine for a quick in good health meal.. you stipulation your parents to participate within all this to. when they turn through it with you, it's greatly easier.

I know that you cannot do plentifully of exercise, so I will not suggest that.
1) Cut out sugar of any kind. Sweets, cool drinks and so on
2) Cut out excessive consumption.
3) Never eat animal excess weight. It cannot be used by your body as energy, so it stores animal chubby as fat also
4) For a month or so, drink only vegetables, mostly of the green sort..., carrot and tomato.
5)Cut out starch like bread and potatoes
