Can dance firm you up & help you lose substance?
So my quiz is, can i lose a couple pounds from my stomach to where the point where on earth its flat and firm up my body by dancing 3 times a sunshine for minute songs?

Yes, you can unequivocally lose weight near dancing! However, for specific areas resembling stomach and thighs, it is more wise and impressive to do target exercises specifically for those parts, like situps, etc.

No you would have to do for a lot longer than 3mins to firm you tum and thighs up,hold at it and you will firm your body up,but it depends on how much you weigh before you start,you dont look big anyway,freshly dance and you will do it,moral luck let me know when you hold a firm tum and thighs.
Have you ever compensated attention to the Dancing with the stars show? Every single participant on that show looks tremendous eventually! Of course, they are dancing for hours on bring to a close. I think that if you do any physical commotion more than what you are used to it will help. Although, freshly dancing three minutes a afternoon probably won't help satisfactory to notice. While dance pay attention to the areas that you are using, this will backing you know what moves burn what areas.

The problem with dance and losing wieght is that if your strategy is to go out beside your friends to night clubs etc entertainment it up and get a fighting fit body at the same time transport into consideration your alcohol a martini or so and you could be erasing your efforts... in recent times a thought.. classes would be a great idea- Anyone out there with hypothyroidism?
