What does it mean to enjoy a hot flash at age 14?

Well, this morning, it was unusual. I went upstairs to my room to grasp something, and as I approached my bed I felt extremely lightheaded so I have to lie down. Then I get up once the feeling go away, and then the lightheaded-ness come back- but I also felt seasick, started gagging approaching I was roughly speaking to throw up, and then a LOT of grill rushed to my face. My entire director was hugely hot. Then I lied down AGAIN, because I knew it would breed the symptoms stop. But I couldn't leave my room lacking getting the thing I needed, so I get up- and all the symptoms come back. Once I get downstairs the hot flashes went away, the nausea mostly go away, and the lightheaded-ness mostly did too.

So what the hell was this? Was that really a hot flash? I'm base this inference off of what I've hear about hot flashes within the past and on the certainty that my head get extremely warm so suddenly. But I wasn't expecting a hot flash for another 40 years.

You could have have a fever. I enjoy hot flashes all the time and cold sweats, and I'm with the sole purpose 19, but that's because I am allergic to milk, and I have dranken it. If yopu start have them more often write down your symptons and evrything you hold done, ate and the weather. lots of things could contribute,. After a month or two take this to a doctor and narrate him what's been going on. Unless it get too serious, then step right away!

If you are not a virgin, you could be pregnant. Hot flashes sometimes happen contained by early pregnancy

You probably have something partially stuck surrounded by your throat or had a narrowing of your throat which is why you gag. It could be you ate something that your body did not like.
