To answer your press, if you're just starting to bring back your period, I would use pad, then when you gain used to the whole extent thing, afterwards you can try tampons. When I got my time of year for the first time, I was 11yrs ancient and my mom would'nt allow me to use tampons until I was elder. Talk to your mom or another female roughly it. :)

It's personal preference really. If your extent is light you might prefer pad. If it's heavy using pad is a HUGE bummer and very inconvenient. If you haven't tried tampons even so get a tiny box of the smallest size to try getting used to inserting them up to that time you spend a lot on another size you might enjoy trouble getting used to.

P.S. Today's women do not have an intact hymen anyway since they are so helpful. And it has nil to do with human being a virgin either. A virgin is someone who hasn't have sex not someone with a hymen.

It doesn't really matter but I would recommend pad. Tampons can give you TSS (toxic shock syndrome) so I would recommend holding sour on using those until later or atleast until you get hold of more responsible/ regular periods.
