very, I suppose it's around 85-90% but go to the plan B website (yahoo or google it) and it will endow with you the exact percentile of effectiveness. I own used plab B a few times and so have my friends and it have always worked for us. 1 time It be almost 3 days later and I be still fine, not that it should be used in place of your regular contraceptive (i.e;pill, nuvaring)

I enjoy used it twice and it worked great for me.don't know the percentage exactly ^ ^ i'm guessing they're right..but what you should know, since i wasn't told this the first 2 times i used it..everytime a girl take it the percentage goes down..so i you clutch it twice, the next time wont be such a elevated percentage..good to know
