I newly started using tampons.

there are a few rules for buying the right tampon for you.

1. you want to start of beside a light absorbency even
2. you wan to get on near a plastic applicator

for your 1st tampon.. i would suggest..

Tampax Pearl - Light ..

then once you've gotten use to tampons.. the subsequent one i would recommend..

Playtex Sport - regular gentle fly..
