It's not a good impression to insert a tampon without the applicator. The biggest drive is because once it's out the applicator it tends to expand and it will hurt trying to put it in lacking the applicator. The applicator is there to clear it go inside of you cramp free and to fit inside you comfortably until it expands to your own unique shape inside of you. That's why the applicator is so essential. It also serves it's purpose because it would be very messy to insert it inside of you in need having the manipulate end of the applicator. If you don't enjoy to, don't insert the tampon without the applicator. The easiest item to do is just use a brand spanking new one.

3. Wear a glove if you want to.
4. Use your finger (middle works best) as the applicator.
5. Wash your appendage or remove the glove if you wore one.

Use your finger. Put your leg up on the toilet or counter. Then hold the tampon and push it in. Then use your finger to push it in all the channel. PLEASE wash your hans afterwards! lol
