I have a pouring period and I usually use both a tampon and wipe on the second, third, and fourth days of each cycle. I'm going to the shoreline with my relatives and friend when my next length is due. My family have the whole leave planned out for swimming in the ocean, going to amusement parks, aquariums, etc. I'm going to call for to wear a bathing suit a lot. I'm not sure that the size tampons I use will cover leak for me. I REALLY don't want to leak wearing a bathing suit, how embarassing!

Should I try super tampons for my unhealthy days? I don't want TSS though. Do you have any guidance?

Yes, try super or even super plus tampons. You're right, TSS risk does increase beside higher absorbancy, but you should be okay if you alteration your tampon every 4 hours or so. Have fun on the vaca.!

Buy a box of tampons with different absorbency's. That course you can switch depending on how heavy it is that sunshine. Just be sure to replace as you would before. It should be fine. I sometimes use a pantyliner as a backup along next to it. It's thin but help. Have fun!
