How much sleep would a 19 year antiquated girl need a darkness to be good for the hours of daylight?

It is not only how tons hours. It is when do you sleep. After midnight each hour you spend awake is similar to 3 hours. If you sleep early you rouse up refreshed. But within general 7-8 hours are honourable.

Every full-size should have a minimum of 8 hours sleep respectively night.
