Can you pinch any other medication whilst on the pill?

I did read the leaflet which come in the box of pills. But I required to know if its ok taking paracetamol when i need it (i.e. headache, stomach cramps etc) and also if i can take hayfever tablets. I stipulation to make sure these won't affect the pill when I start taking it for the tremendously first time soon.
