How do u get a really honourable stumach?

yes, recently i get the vaccine.
i am 14 years old.
and i'm unnerved of shots.
but my mothers a doc, so of course, i have to get it.
you prolly know this, but its a series of 3 shots, respectively at diff months.
it is given in the arm,
and yes, it does hurt, but with the sole purpose for a minute.
there be no side effects. :)
i suggest asking the nurse or whoever, if they have a numbing gel, it help a lot.

to unemotional yourself down, talk to whoever else is surrounded by the room when the shot is being given.
it keep you mind off of it.
or focus on something in the room.

you'll be fine, no worries:)
it'll be over earlier you know it, and in the bring to a close, it will be worth it.

best of luck!

I have small bumps on my armpits that ooze puss?

Calm down, in that is no need to nouns. Yes, it will sting a bit but it certaintly won't hurt.

I don't like needles any so whenever I need one I receive sure my head is turned away and my eyes are closed. The nurses at my doctor's surgery know I dont resembling them and they always do near to not let me see the plunger and then they do it as like greased lightning and painlessly as possible, the only problem is the doctor didn't know that when he have to give me my flu shot this year. He be waving the piece around infront of me and when he saw my tear chock-a-block eyes said "You're not afraid of a little nozzle are you?" I didn't reply and just rolled up my sleeve and clamped my eyes shut.

It really wont be desperate, take some slow cavernous breathes and once you get through treat yourself to something.
